The Alabama Chapter-AAP offers sponsor and exhibitor opportunities at both of its CME conferences held in the Spring and Fall each year. Serving as a replacement for the in-person 2020 Spring Meeting, the 2020 Virtual Meeting & Pediatric Update is a two-day pediatric pediatric conference offering a range of high-quality CME to meet the educational needs of Alabama pediatricians and other pediatric healthcare providers. We are pleased to offer two tiers of support opportunities.

Attendance
We expect approximately 80 physicians and other pediatric clinicians to participate in the 2020 Virtual Meeting & Pediatric Update.
Virtual Support Fee

Support Levels
The Alabama Chapter-AAP welcomes designated supporters to underwrite portions of the 2020 Virtual Meeting & Pediatric Update or any of our programmatic efforts. Our recognition levels are:
Silver Level - $495
· Listed on Virtual Exhibit Hall on webpage with hyperlink to vendor website
· Listed on all marketing emails for conference with hyperlink to vendor website
· Listed in all member e-news twice
· Listed on supporter list in final electronic packet sent to attendees
· List of attendees sent after conference
· Mentioned on social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) 3 times prior to conference with page link
· If you provided a door prize you will be included in drawing during the event
Gold Level - $895
· All benefits of Silver Level
· Virtual Exhibit Hall with logo (on Chapter web site) – vendor supplies a hyperlink and logo
· FOR NON-COMMERCIAL SUPPORTERS: Virtual Spotlight Between Sessions – vendor is mentioned and logo displayed
· FOR COMMERCIAL SUPPORTERS: Banner Ad and Logo displayed in Virtual Exhibit hall
*Virtual Exhibit Hall: Each supporter will be asked to send us a link to relevant information on their website, along with a multiple choice question (see example below) about their product/service (deadline is May 30). The Chapter will send all attendees vendor page links and the questions from all vendors via Survey Monkey. Those attendees who complete all vendor questions correctly will be entered in the door prize drawing to be held during the conference.

**Virtual Exhall Hall: GOLD SUPPORTERS ONLY: will be asked to send a banner ad and logo by May 22 to Jill Powell at jpowell@alaap.org. The Chapter will promote it with every marketing email sent to all members and meeting registrants. See example here.
