Pro-Childhood Immunizations Advocate Sign-Up Form
Thank you so much for your willingness to get involved in promoting childhood immunizations to our lawmakers and policy makers in Alabama! We are looking for parents, adolescents and other advocates who are willing to contact their representatives about the critical importance of childhood immunizations and the dangers of legislative efforts that impose barriers to immunizations as well as threaten the safety of children in day cares, schools, etc.

Since 2018, preliminary data shows that there has been up to a 10% decline in vaccinations in children younger than four years old.
